Marketing vs. rule book

Page says: The company name and Rule 3 article for the Test account present the 'End-Of-Day (EOD) Maximum Trailing Drawdown' as the program's applicable drawdown principle.

Rules say: Once switched to the PRO account (funded), a completely different, stricter mechanism applies: intraday trailing drawdown, which follows unrealized profits in real time. A trader accustomed to EOD calm during the Test can, in the PRO account, pull the threshold upward through open profitable positions and be liquidated immediately upon giving back those profits.

Rules say: For PRO accounts, a strict blackout requirement buried in the rulebook applies: 1 minute before/during/after FOMC, NFP, CPI, as well as product-specific Crude Oil Inventories (CL) and bond auctions (10Y/30Y), all positions and orders must be closed.
