Refund Policy

1. What this covers

This policy applies to the one-time digital products sold by MoTradeSystems — currently MoTrade - Macro Sentiment, MoTrade - Volume Cockpit, the MoTrade Risk Framework Bundle and MoTrade - Prop Firm Rule Matrix (Quoted Edition). MoTrade Pro (subscription) is billed separately; its terms will be published with its launch.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no reason required. The guarantee covers your satisfaction with the tool itself. It is explicitly not tied to any trading result: our tools provide context, not predictions, and no market outcome is promised or implied.

Exception: Account Autopsy and Payout Readiness Check. This voluntary guarantee does not apply to these analysis services, because the report is prepared individually for your account and cannot be returned after delivery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected (in particular the right of withdrawal and the warranty), as does the full refund if we cannot process your export. See § 9 of our Terms & Conditions.

3. Digital access & your right of withdrawal

Indicator access is provisioned as an invite-only TradingView authorisation. Download products (the Rule Matrix) are provided immediately after receipt of payment via a download link in the order confirmation, valid for 30 days from provision. As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Independently of that, we offer the 14-day money-back guarantee described above — voluntarily, on top of your statutory rights (see also the License Agreement).

4. How to request a refund

Reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us at support@motradesystems.com, with the email address used for the purchase. We aim to confirm within a few business days.

5. How the refund is issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor (Stripe). When a refund is issued, your TradingView access to the refunded product is withdrawn; for download products, files provided must be deleted and your licence ends (§ 9(3) of our Terms & Conditions). Refund processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
