MoTrade - Volume Cockpit

Only inside the bundle

A flat volume average tells you the open is 'high' and lunch is 'low'. This fixes it.

MoTrade - Volume Cockpit is a volume-structure dashboard built to remove the artefacts that make most volume tools quietly misleading. It confirms whether volume actually backs your read: a level that moves every time you change a window setting is an artefact of the setting, not a market level. The Cockpit separates confirmed structure from drifting context — and labels which is which.

What it shows

  • Real/Tick Volume Auto-Detection
  • RVOL(20): quiet / normal / elevated / extreme
  • Live-bar RVOL (intrabar, real time)
  • Effort vs Result (divergence check)
  • Delta (cum 20) — buy/sell pressure proxy
  • Buy/Sell Split (real volume only)
  • VPVR 150 (POC + Value Area)
  • RVOL History Sparkline (16 bars)

A plain volume average just tells you mornings are busy and lunchtime is quiet — every day, no real insight. This panel looks at the actual trading going on right now and compares how much price moved against how much was traded. That shows you where real money is pushing the market and where a move is running on empty.

How it works — honestly

Where the data feed provides it, the Cockpit reads real order flow — true bid/ask aggressor volume and delta. On tick-volume feeds (CFDs, Forex) it automatically falls back to a close-location proxy and says so with a visible warning, capping its own confidence. Relative volume is measured against the typical volume at the same time of day on prior sessions (the 10:30 bar vs. past 10:30 bars) via a recency-weighted baseline — not a flat average. Effort vs Result compares ATR-normalized range against volume to flag exhaustion and absorption. The Value Area it cites (POC/VAH/VAL) is built from completed sessions and only reported as 'confirmed' when high-volume nodes cluster across multiple session anchors; the rolling window profile is kept visible but labeled 'drift · context only' and never cited as a level. Classifications run on confirmed bars only: no repaint, no lookahead. The volume light only colors when volume confirms the move — a move without volume is a fakeout warning, not a signal.

What it is not

Bodyguard, not a crystal ball.

This is a context panel, not a signal generator. It never produces buy signals, sell signals, or price targets — the decision stays yours. Education/analysis — not investment advice. Backtest ≠ Live. Past or simulated results do not indicate future results.

Available exclusively in the MoTrade Risk Framework.

MoTrade - Volume Cockpit is not sold separately — macro regime and volume confirmation are designed to work as one context layer. The bundle includes both modules for $97, one-time.
