Marketing vs. rule book

Page says: The sales page/product name advertises a '$50K/$100K/$150K Express Funded Account' — suggesting a starting balance of that amount.

Rules say: The XFA account balance actually starts at $0. The 50K/100K/150K figure denotes only the buying power/contract limits, not the starting capital — the FAQ explicitly confirms that many traders are confused about this.

“Why does my XFA show a $0 balance? This is expected. Your buying power is still the full account size (50K, 100K, or 150K). Your balance grows as you earn profits.”

Page says: The central marketing claim is the 90/10 profit split ('you keep 90%').

Rules say: The 90% share applies only up to fixed dollar caps per payout request (e.g. 100K Standard only $3,000, Consistency $4,000) — regardless of the actual account balance, the remainder stays in the account and must be requested again.
