Will your strategy pass?

Six real evaluation rulebooks, one fictional strategy: yours. Enter how you trade and see how many of 10,000 simulated attempts get through each rulebook, which rule ends most of the others, and how long a pass takes.

Hypothetical simulation

Your strategy (fictional inputs)

Share of trades that win. 5 to 95, rounded to steps of 0.5.

A win pays this many R. Every loss costs exactly 1 R. Rounded to steps of 0.05.

1 R equals this share of the account. 0.05 to 5, rounded to steps of 0.05.

Whole number, 1 to 10. Every simulated day is a trading day.

Rules are read for 100K evaluation accounts. More sizes follow once their rules are verified.

Find yours by the rule description under each rulebook. Firm names are part of Pro.

What this cannot tell you

  • Fictional strategy with a fixed win rate and a fixed reward-to-risk ratio, one fixed risk per trade. Not a backtest.
  • Only the evaluation phase of a 100K account is simulated. Funded-phase rules are not.
  • Loss limits are checked on closed trades only. No commissions, no slippage, no news or session rules.
  • The drawdown lock is applied where the rule text states it clearly for the evaluation; where it depends on the trading platform or is unclear, it is not modelled.
  • Minimum trading days are applied where the rule text states them; every simulated day counts as a trading day.
  • Rule values are read from a rule database at the stated date. Firms change their rules: check the current terms before you buy anything.

Want the names and the exact rules?

Rulebooks A to F are real evaluation rules as recorded in our rule database on the date shown, with the firm names removed. MoTrade Pro is built to show which firm is which, with the exact rule text, source and date for every value. Pro is not open yet; the founding list is.

Account Autopsy

Have closed trades? The Account Autopsy checks them line by line against a firm's published rules. It reports what the rules say and what happened, nothing more.

Payout Readiness Check

Already funded? The Payout Readiness Check lines up your closed trades against your firm's published payout rules: met, not met or still open, as of your export date. Your firm decides on the payout.
